E-commerce - B2B and B2C Solutions

World is changing at a very fast rate and this pace of world has put the technology equal to the human. It has put the internet into center of human interaction. Internet has completely changed the way we used to work. Today many transactions take place through internet. Companies and enterprises also use internet for their businesses or for selling or buying the products or services. This is what E-commerce means. E-commerce simple means selling and buying of products or services online.
E-commerce is of two types: B2B and B2C

B2B (Business to Business) - B2B marketing caters one business to other business. Therefore its main value is in building the relationship with another business. It involves a step by step buying process and is a long process. The brand identity created in this is on the basis of relations. The business value determines the buying decisions.

B2C (Business to consumer) - B2C focuses on the targeted consumers in order to sell the products or services. Its main goal is to convert the traffic into sales. B2C is a single step process and does not involve a long process. Any business offering retail products comes under this.
